My wife and I had an incrrdible time at Ride Tucson. The service was outstanding and the staff were knowledgeable and duper friendly. They made us feel at ease, patiently answering all our qustions. We left with a great summer plan to do in Tucson. We can't wait to be back now that winter is approaching. This is a great shop that offers exceptional service!

One of my customers used this company a month ago. The Velotric are really cheap Chinese made product that you get off of amazon and low and behold she got stuck way out 30 miles away. The company take a siesta during the day - which we were told about - but that did not help. The poor lady had to get an Uber to take the heavy thing back.

Please note that this siesta period was a part of our summer schedule, and we have already ended this special hours for the summer.
