We would HIGHLY recommend this trip for a few reasons: 1. They limit the group size, which may not seem consequential, but it IS. Having a small group allows everyone to hear the guide, and ask questions and stay together while walking through the busy streets of Boston. Even though it's slightly more expensive than an unlimited outing, do it! 2. Our guide was A-MA-ZING! Her name is Sarah and she was a History major - and you can TELL. She really knew her stuff and made the tour very interactive. She said she hadn't been doing this kind of work for very long, but she SEEMED like a seasoned pro! 3. You simply can't learn all of this great information from touring these sites by yourself. It's not possible. Sarah taught us about some inaccuracies that our History classes don't tell us. And it was SUPER interesting. I loved it! I wish we could borrow Sarah and take her with us to other cities we plan to visit! ;) So, do yourself a favor and go on this tour. We did it on a Sunday morning and that seemed like a good timeslot - it wasn't too hot yet and the city was pretty chill. I don't know what a workday would be like, but probably pretty crowded on the streets. Thanks to the tour operator - and SARAH, of course - for a great experience!
