I found this place on Groupon and I did not want to purchase it until I figured out if I would be able to schedule the appointment on the only day I would be in Hollywood. I called the company and spoke with someone and she comfirmed the date and time and just had me book through there company. She did honor the price of the Groupon. We arrived in Hollywood on the Saturday before the Oscars so of course the road was closed where they usually park theircars and limo. I started to panic as I was asking the locals if they knew where their company or building was located and I was told they are not located anywhere they just park their vehicles right there where it was sectioned off. I called their number several times as it was almost time for our tour to begin. As I was calling I did see him pass us so I knew he would be in the area I just did not know where. He finally picked up the phone and told us where he was parked. He had me sign the release and took a pic of my license which was odd as I was not driving the limo. I was bummed that we did not go up to the Hollywood sign as stated in the Groupon but we do go to the Beverly Hills sign.
