Our family had an amazing time. A very comfortable bus with enough room. The tour guide gives you all the details along the way, they will offer any add on to your trips, there are plenty of choices to choose from. Pick up was on time and drive to KW was safe. Once on KW the tour guide offers any guidance depending on what you will be doing. We did the snorkeling trip and he walked us to the marina to get our tickets. The snorkeling trip was a delight we saw lots of fish and the crew on the boat was very helpful. At the end of our time snorkeling lots of drinks were served. All our family had a blast!

Left almost on time, arrived key west on time. Friendly tour guide. Pickup from most hotels. Clean bus. Cons: 1.The charging points do not work on most outlet. 2.Washroom has only facilities for number 1 and not for number 2. So, pray that you do not get the urge to go #2 in 3:30hrs journey.
