The tour guide was very nice. We did the snorkeling trip. They overpacked the boat with no covid precautions taken. It’s nothing like the pictures. The coral reef had maybe two fish. There was so many people in the water, you’d either get kicked or bumped every five seconds. It was also super windy and the life jackets barely worked. The whole day was basically on the bus.

Hello, thank you for letting us know your opinion, it is always welcome to improve our service. I am glad that our tour guide has been to his liking. The distance from Miami to Key West is 170 miles, therefore it is a minimum of 4 - 4.5 hours on the bus depending on the traffic, however, it is a beautiful landscape to enjoy since it is a succession of islands and bridges, including "7 miles bridge" surrounded by Caribbean waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. In Key West, you have 6 hours free to do whatever the passenger wants by themselves, but if you do an activity such as snorkeling, which is 3 hours, the time to visit the island is cut in half. Snorkeling is provided by a local company, and since the boat goes outdoors (catamaran), there are no restrictions on the number of people at this moment. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.

Good for a no frills ride to and from Key West. Guide was very nice. Bus was freezing on the way to Key West them apparently broke down and we had to change busses. The new bus was unbearably hot on the way back.

The tour guide is friendly and professional. He shared many useful information about the key west. I had a great time doing snorkeling. There was lots of beautiful/colorful fishes that day. Although the reef we saw is in the color of yellow (so probably dead). Maybe the most beautiful part is not open to tourists for protection reasons. One thing worth mentioning is: unlike other reefs in shallow/calm water, this reef is in the deeper ocean and there're about 5~7 meters of water to the bottom. Not a place for first timers who don't know how to swim.
