When weighing the options for a unique adventure, family friendly experience, or looking for a must do adventure, this should be at the top of your list. No experience necessary, but you must be 8 years or older.
For the first hour we will get equipped, practice, and learn how to use the equipment to climb giant trees. Then we will take off on a short hike before climbing some of the tallest trees in the world. Around 200-300 feet high into the canopy of rare giant old-growth trees and experience an adventure that seems to take you out of this world. This is your chance to do a new and unique eco-tour activity, less than .01% of the population has yet to do! During the intro tree climb you will learn the basic skills of recreational tree climbing and rappelling, as you move your way high into the upper canopy with gorgeous views of ancient forest and wildlife.
This experience is like nothing you have never experienced before.

The whole experience was wonderful! Our guide, Brennan, was professional and careful. He explained the process and did a nice job of guiding. The experience of using the ascenders and descenders took some getting used to but we did it! The views from the top were amazing and rich and the experience of engaging with a 300 foot tree awe-inspiring. We would like to go again!

Amazing experience, had a great guide, Duncan. He was very informative and extremely helpful in getting use to the climb and feeling safe during the entire trip. Highly recommend the experience.

I had no idea how rare of an opportunity this was until I did it! It was such an incredible, unique experience and I would recommend it to all adventurous spirits and climbers, but especially plant, tree, and lichen lovers. The climbing itself is not like and other kind of climbing I've ever done and it's a little tricky to master, so good physical health is a must. It was difficult to find the group since I had no signal and the address I was given only said the name of the state forest, not the trailhead, but I'm so glad I managed to find them because it was absolutely unmissable. The view is sensational at every level. So few people get to see trees up close like this and even fewer from this high up! 12/10 hands down best experience of my two weeks in Washington, Oregon, or California!
