We really enjoyed this zoo. We met someone that worked there and was very knowledgeable about a lot of the animals and we had a great conversation with him....really added to the experience. Great place to visit for all members of the family!

Zoo Tampa, previously known as Lowry Park Zoo, is a wonderful zoo. I used to go with my family when I was a kid but haven't been back in a long time. So, for my son's first birthday, we took him to Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park. He had a blast looking at all the animals and seeing everything there is to see. The park is wonderful. There's a great diversity to the animals and there's so much to learn. You could come back all summer and learn something new. And with the addition of the water ride coming soon, there will be even more reason to visit more often. And the pay for a day and come back all year deal, it's something to do all year. Cheap entertainment is a must for parents.

This was a nice zoo we went to while on vacation in Tampa. The prices were a little expensive, but worth it.
