The actual cruise was great, saw several different whales, staff and crew were very nice. Here's the problem, they made NUMEROUS announcements about rough seas (3 foot swells) and how, if anyone had motion sickness, didn't like rollercoasters, etc. it would be a good idea to cancel/reschedule. ONE of our party has a problem with motion sickness/rollercoasters so, rather than chance being miserable for 4 hours, he got off the boat and went to the ticket booth (I messaged him a copy of the voucher that they accepted to allow all 4 of us on the cruise. At the booth, they told him, since it was booked through a 'third party' we would need to contact them (Viator); well, I did and, via email, they said they would contact the vendor; no surprise it was followed my an email stating 'no refund'. I understand that I have absolutely zero proof because they scanned the voucher for 4, allowing us on the boat, and provided absolutely nothing for us to present to Viator but then don't go making all those announcements that all you have to do is get off the boat and go to the booth for refund/reschedule. See lots of other folks posting negative reviews from the cancelled cruises this weekend as well. Just leaves a sour taste...
