Board from any of our Stops, boats arrive 35 - 45 minutes apart from each stop.

NOTE: Hollywood Express boats depart from stop H1 at 10am/12pm/2pm/4pm/6pm/8pm

Tickets were easy to purchase. Your flyers and website need better maps marking every stop on upward and downward routes. Very confusing to not know exact stops. Markings at stops were not clear either. People at the Hollywood transfer had no idea what line to be in since no one was there to direct. Some staff did a good job talking about things along the route. Some weren’t so talkative. All in all it was a fun day on the water.

Half the rides were closed! It was terrible weather and we were told we could not switch to the next day? $50 for a cheeseburger 2 drinks and 2 desserts, burger was cold so I took it back and was given another cold burger. The fork broke in half in the brownie and the seasoning on the fries was sweet. The employees were also out loud complaining and telling the manager they were going home. Very unprofessional. All in all we will never return to Busch gardens or use them s company that was very unaccommodating.

Be sure to get off at the Shooter's stop for a great meal at a reasonable price. Finding parking can be tricky -- it might be best to Uber to your embarkation point.
