Great way to see The Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, and Ground Zero. Got to the Empire State Building early and had no lines!
Not able to go to all attractions as some were closed. Difficulty using first time at Metropolitan no one knew how to scan from my phone. Guide on grey line bus was pushy and rude.
Good idea to get the 10-ticket pass and be able to leisurely spend the tickets over our 2 week vacation, but i must comment that customer service provided by this card is horrible.
I sent a number of emails which went unanswered and this despite the system prompting they usually revert in 24 hours. That is a lie. I gave up eventually and just called them, having to incur overseas call charges on my own expense but I was desperate i guess, and the person who answer my call was not the most knowledgeable about the attractions. I asked a number of questions about redemption at the attractions and also simple questions about daily operating hours and she could not answer most of the questions.
At the end of the day, I did my own research and contacted the attractions on my own to check and I got the information I needed.

And horrible activity which I will never recommend:
- The Ride refused to make a reservation for seat and demanded i give them my credit card details over email which I absolutely refused to do because of data pricy. Offered no alternative. I offered to send them a digital copy of my pass for them to scan but they refused. We went down to see them personally to plead for tickets but we were insulted at the counter. HORRIBLE experience. Please save yourselves the trouble.
