Pull behind attachments are not allowed on the ebikes.
Child seat attachments are not allowed on the ebikes.
All riders must be 16 years of age or older
Pets may not accompany you on your ebike rental.
Start times at the Hull's Cove Visitor Center are exact.
Cruise ship passengers will need to arrange travel to Hulls Cove Visitor Center as we have no human transport vehicles. We recommend the Island Explorer (free) or Cadillac Mtn. Shuttle (taxi). PLEASE plan this in advance.
Ebike battery charges last 30 to 50 miles depending on the effort and body weight of the renter.
All ebikes are class 1 (pedaling required) consistent with park service rules
We will text you 24 hours before your rental to remind you of the location and start time.
All ebikes come with an insulated bag, lock, phone holder, helmet and map.
All participants need to be capable of riding a typical pedal bike.

An E-Bike rental is the way to go in Acadia! The carriage roads are super hilly, and our e-bikes gave us just enough of a boost when we needed it. Ross was wonderful - he met us right in the parking lot at the visitor center, showed us how to work the bikes (very easy), gave us a map and pointed out where to ride and we were off! I would definitely rent from Island Time again!

Ross was very professional. Got a text the night before telling us where to meet and also asking for a time. Was there on time, very helpful. Gave us a map and some suggestions and we were off. Great service ans a terrific way to see the park!!
