Lots of fun!! Lindsay and team were very good, knowledgeable, and were good at making sure we had a good time. No dolphins or manatees this trip, but the team worked hard to find them for us. However, we saw lots of other cool critters in the night trip Highly recommend

Not very organized. I was with a group of 8 friends. Two of whom requested/confirmed single kayaks. Another group had requested 2 single kayaks as well…all due to weight limits in a tandem kayak. They did not have enough. Also, there was a couple that was late and they didn’t get a kayak either because of all the confusion of not enough single kayaks. My group was trying to figure out what to do and figure out weight limits, etc. The workers (3) didn’t even know for sure the weight limit of the kayaks. We had to tell them what their website said. Anyway…one of our group didn’t kayak because of all the drama and was made to feel embarrassed to have the attention on all the 4 kayakers who had requested a single kayak due to weight limit of the tandem kayaks. The leader did apologize and said she would work on refunding the money for the one kayaker in our group that there was not a kayak for. We didn’t get started until about 15-20 minutes late because of trying to figure out the amount of kayaks and them wanting to wait for a couple that was late. The kayaking was nice and weather was beautiful. What made it fun was our group of friends. We didn’t see much sea life but that is unpredictable. This had been on my friend’s group list of things to do. We can say we did it but once is enough.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent kayak tour experience. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and are always striving to improve our services. Regarding your concern about the number of kayaks available, we understand that it may have appeared disorganized as we were trying to load all the tandem kayaks first. Our intention was to assess the number of participants and then determine if additional kayaks were necessary. We did have additional kayaks on the truck and were happy to load more if needed. To clear the air, the couple who showed up late absolutely got a tandem kayak, as I loaded them in myself. We apologize if this process caused confusion or delays in getting everyone on the water promptly, but do have a policy that our tours can launch up to an hour later, due to circumstances that are sometime outside of our control. I, the lead guide was unaware that there were more than 2 people who requested a single Kayak, so I was busy asking the other guides about the setup notes. I was very surprised when you said your friend’s daughter became so anxious about this process and no longer wanted to go on the tour because I was completely unaware there were more than 2 people who requested single kayaks due to a weight issue. All guides absolutely know the weight limits of the kayak and that was never a question. Our main priority is to ensure that all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience, and we regret that this was not the case for you. We value your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We will certainly review set-up communications and loading procedures to ensure a smoother experience for all participants in the future. Your comments have been shared with our team, and we will take them into consideration for future tours. Fun being able to see through the bottom of kayak. I was concerned about mosquitoes, but that was not a problem.
