We decided to head to Concord and Lexington at the last minute, so we had not quite a full day there, and no time to book a tour with a group. This was a great alternative! We were able to learn a bit about the route from North Bridge to Lexington, and were able to get some hiking in as well. I loved the flexibility this offered - we took the day at our own pace, walked the trails as far as we wanted to walk, and we were able to grab lunch in the middle of it. I would have liked to hear more about the people involved and the homes we saw, but overall this was a great way to spend our short day in the area.

I paid for this, downloaded the app, got myself to the center of Concord, attempted to open the tour, and after multiple tries, gave up. I'll be requesting a refund next. If I can get a response.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with my Battle of Lexington and Concord Audio Tour, Joyce. It seems there might have been a misunderstanding. While you download the app, it's essential to remember that you also need to download the specific tour content within the app. The provided password is meant to grant access to the tour content. However, our product never expires, so you can still enjoy the fascinating stories at home or anywhere you prefer. If you'd still like a refund because you couldn't use the tour, I understand entirely, and I'll happily process it for you. Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
