We had used the same type of service in London and it was great. It's not worth it in NYC. Buses are not as frequent. One line is very flexible on boarding. Other is overly strict. Audio on bus is completely off the entire ride. Just take a cab.

It’s a really nice way to see the city. There isn’t a lot of direction on where and when the tour stops. The directions say you can get on the bus at any stop to start your day but the bus driver said we had to get on at a location with a street attendant. The audio guide was off on the timing of the landmarks and I wish there was more information from the guide. But like I said it’s a really nice way to see the city.

The tour was overpriced and I want my money back. Earbuds did not work. The staff members/drivers were rude. I will NEVER recommend this tour; no matter the cost!
