The tour itself is a great learning experience. Very informative on New York history. The line in Times Square was sooooooooooooooooooooo long. Maybe another pickup and drop off could be added to avoid such a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng line. Although New York did not seem as crowded as past visits there were still plenty of people. Unfortunately there were several road closures around the city and the bus driver had to take detours. My friend and I got off in lower Manhattan and when it came time to get picked up we found the bus stop but waited and waited over an hour. The app didn't seem to show the bus moving at all. We tried calling only to eventually get a message that the number only accepts text. I was able to do a chat and found out that our bus would eventually get there.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are very sorry to hear that there were delays on the day of your visit. Unfortunately, there were several detours due to parades being held in the city which did cause us to experience some delays on our route. Although these road closures are out of our control, we try our best to provide an efficient and safe tour for all of our customers, and are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We purchased the 3 day passes. Firstly, the loading at the main stop at Time Square was slow and disorganized. The hop off, hop on is misleading. We waited 20-30 minutes several times and once, after 30 minutes of waiting without seeing a bus, we chose to take the subway to get back to our hotel. There is another bus tour company in the city that I wish I wouldn’t have used. We saw their buses (4 to be exact) pass by while we waited for one of ours to show up. When I contacted customer support regarding my poor experience, I was told they would “escalate my complaint to the appropriate department” HUGE Disappointment, do yourself a favor and go with the other company.

We had the 1 day pass included in our Package hence why we used it. However, you had to go to Time Square to validate your ticket - despite the nearest stop being the Flat Iron building only 10 mins from our hotel - the attendant could't validate our "free" pass from there. Buses were packed, drivers didn't stop when asked Tour only had 10 stops on and took forever to get anywhere due to New York traffic - you would be quicker on foot Over priced and not great in my opinion There are other companies who operate in the city so maybe give them a try
