Alex is a great guide and riding partner. He knows the best routes around the area, having grown up locally. I popped in for a work trip and we went riding together for a half-day gravel tour. I’m an experienced rider but it was awesome having a companion to show me around, take the guess work out of seeking out a route and have company. He also helped me locate a bike shop to rent a gravel bike from since I flew in. To be honest, it felt like riding with a buddy I’ve known for years. I cannot recommend Ozark Bike Guides enough.

Booked him to guide and coach my son for the afternoon. My son had a blast and he picked up some new skills . Would recommend him for anyone wanting a guide/coach for an adult or kid.

I have used Ozark Bike Guides three times now, and highly recommend Alex. My first time in Bentonville I wanted to make the most of my limited time, and hired Alex for a guided tour to learn the mountain bike trails. Did a full day (shuttled!) around and had a great time. Alex is very knowledgeable and a great rider. I followed up with a second booking where I got coaching from Alex, and he is a good coach. On my second trip to Bentonville, I hired Alex to take my 9 year old son out for coaching and a guided ride, and my son learned a ton and had a blast. If you are looking for a guide or coach, I highly recommend Alex / Ozark Bike.
