Огляд

The ultimate multi activity package: a helicopter tour, a dogsled tour and a landing on the lower glacier to explore the melt pools and crevasses.

Start this adventure with a spectacular helicopter ride over glaciers and icebergs. We often see moose, black bears, Dall sheep and mountain goats. Land on a huge snow field high on a glacier and enjoy a whole hour with Alaskan sled dogs and their mushers that live here all summer long. Take the dog team for an exhilarating dogsled ride through real snow. You can stand on the runners and mush your own dog team if you want, or just sit on the sled and let the mushers run the team.

After the tour the helicopter takes you to the lower glaciers where you will land on the hard ice between the crevasses to see the majestic blue melt pools.

Total Tour time 2 hours - 1 hour on the glacier with dogsledding (aprox 30 min sled ride) and 30 min at the lower glacier near the crevasses and blue melt pools. Aprox 30 min of flight seeing total round trip

Alaska Helicopter Tours has Robinson 44s and ASTAR helicopters. We never guarantee the type of helicopter you will be flying in unless a private helicopter option is purchased. Parties with multiple separate bookings, or parties over 2 passengers may be in 2 helicopters, but will always be together for the tour.

This tour blew me away!!! As if the flightseeing along the way wasn't incredible enough.. it only got better as the tour went on. We were even lucky enough to see both moose and bear from the helicopter above. The sled camp was truly a unique Alaskan experience. The guides were very informational and fun. They even allowed us to take a turn at controlling the dogsled. My tour also included the lower glacier landing, and that was out of this world. Our pilot, Shad, did a great job - keeping us safe while chasing a once in a lifetime adventure across the glacial field, in which he guided us. This was very enjoyable throughout the entire process, beginning at check-in. Very friendly staff who I will encourage everyone I know to book with.
