If you are short on time in Dallas, this trolley tour is a good one to use to learn about the city. It's not your typical hop on hop off tour as in other cities. It's about an hour and a half but there is only 1 trolley running so if you hop off at a stop, it's at least an hour and a half before the trolley is back. Just keep that in mind. Bus driver was awesome and very knowledgeable. I did not get her name unfortunately.

Could not hear the driver in the back of the trolly. It was also hot in the back of the trolly. Too expensive for the entire family.

Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your hop tour experience. It is my understanding that there was a loud talking customer in the rear on your tour. From time to time there is a foreign passenger that translates from English and they can be a bit too loud. We apologize for this. As far as the temperature, we keep the trolley at 78 degrees. We were Super busy over the holiday weekend and the trolley was full of people. After a while your body gets acclimated to the 78 degrees and it will warm. I hope you come back to Dallas and let us make it up to you on the house.
