Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
Infants 24 months and younger must sit on an adult's lap

The helicopter ride and views of New York was what we went for. The organisation was not the best. We were booked in for 1:00pm and told to arrive 30 mins earlier, we arrived there 40 minutes prior to the departure time. We were let in at 1:00pm, 2 people in front of us had to go through the security check-point with hand held metal detectors, whilst we were just let in. After registering, we sat down, and watched the safety dvd. At 2:10pm we went on the helicopter ride which had no seat belts! The whole tour seemed disorganised, providing us with no information on the delay or when our flight would be scheduled for. The flights were being sold to passers-by who seemed to be brought in and put on flights before us.

I was given this as a 30th birthday present and was unfortunately very disappointed by it. We checked in and had to pay an extra $40 for airport tax - it was on the form but in very small print! We then had to wait for over 2 hours before being told that they had forgotten about us and they were squeezing us onto the last flight which was a step down from the flight that had been bought offering no compensation or apology. On the flight we were seated on the right hand side of the helicopter, the pilot gave a running commentary, however we couldn't see anything that he was describing and when we came down the other side of the loop the landmarks that were now on our side were so far away we couldn't see them properly! I was very disappointed with this flight as it is expensive and would definitly not recommend it to anyone as I felt really deflated and disappointed after it.

Inflexible scheduling. Poor customer service. Impossible to take the tour as no time options was offered. Basically was told to fly at the time we tell you, or you can't fly at all. A total waste of our money. Will never recommend this service to anyone.
