No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

We didn’t know the restrictions and when we got there to parasail my daughter was told she could not participate because she uses a crutch I read and reread and these were not nentioned

I'm so sorry that your daughter was not allowed to go out. We do have it specifically written on the waiver that anyone with physical disabilities may be disallowed. My staff are trained on days when the weather is high winds and very rough seas that only physically able persons be allowed. We have had persons that just cannot keep their balance getting up from there seat and walking to the stairs to take their turn to parasail but fall down and hurt themselves, so you can imagine if you cannot walk unassisted on level land then what more difficult it may be on a moving boat in rough seas and someone that may or may not have ever rode in a boat. It is for safety purposes, of course we would love to take everybody that shows up but the captains on the boat already know the conditions for that day and inform the staff at dockside of what limitations to take for the day. Please try again and take notice of the weather predictions for the period of time you wish to participate. Mahalo
