Must do. Snoopy made the experience worth it. Driving a head turner. The 1 hour ride really gives you a feel to pen up the car.

The car was old and dirty. Told my 60 yr old wife she had to sit in the back, you can’t fit a baby seat back there. We refused the car, a 65 yr old white guy with a 25 yr old driving an old Ferrari with grandma stuffed in the back, not at all “driving like a star” never mentioned until we showed up that HE was going to be in the front no matter what, it never mentions that in Viator. They quickly pulled out a flyer that said “with co-pilot” then kept arguing with us. They really had an attitude from the start. Never ask “what can we do to help” they just argued with us. ZERO customer service. They knew they already had our money and didn’t care. No mask anywhere around them.

Hi Sir, well well well... Where should we even start ?... The Ferrari California T is a 2017 model with only 17000 miles on it, so not that old... Your wife was born in 1979 as stated in your booking confirmation, with all due respect she is younger than your co-pilot (who is 46 years old by the way). So, why don't you just tell the truth sir?... Yes as you mention you are white and the co-pilot was a BLACK MAN from France who has been working with the company since the beginning, and with a 100 of great reviews. We both know that this is the reason why you did not to get in the car and take that driving experience. This particular experience is with a co-pilot instructor and any other passenger has to seat in the back. It is written in the description and fully disclosed by Tripadvisor, and ourselves. In the back seat of the Ferrari California T you can have guests up to 6'5 feet tall and 300 pounds; your wife was petite and would definitely have been comfortable in the back seat, and she did not even say a word by the way, you were the only one arguing and raising your voice. For your information, we only get paid every 30 days by your booking provider, TripAdvisor, so the money you paid them we don't have it, they do!! The copilot had a mask, my manager had one as well, you two were the ones with no mask... All our staff is also fully vaccinated and get tested every week. If you have a problem with BLACK people, why don't you just say it? The fact that you are trying to tarnish our reputation by making false statements and racist comments is very sad sir. You should be ashamed of yourself... The good part is that we will report you to TripAdvisor and we have 30 reviews for that experience and all of them are 5 Stars! We will not tolerate this type of behaviour and hope we will never ever have to cater to a guest like you anymore.

We had a great time! John, our guide, was funny, informative, and made our ride memorable. I got to do it with my son, and it was an event we won’t forget. Don’t let price dissuade you. This is one of those fun things that are memory makers. Just do it! You won’t regret it!
