Paul was a PERFECT guide! He talked to us during the van ride out about living in Alaska, Northern Lights and we stopped to get glacier water. After dog mushing, he got us warm beverages and had snacks ready. He brought books and artifacts to see. Perfect guide!

This was a fantastic trip. The guides really know the area and care for their dogs. Matthew was a great guide. He even took pictures for us and a little video so we can remember the names of all of our dogs. They are excited to share their passion of dog sledding and Alaska with others.

Had a wonderful time. Not traditional dog sledding in that you are seated on bench seats 4 at a time on the sled. So the sled is more like a miniature horse carriage sled than a dog sled from Iditarod. The dogs were great though, the guide was great, we had a great time. Definitely more peaceful jaunt through the snow covered woods than exhilarating ride on the edge of your seat.
