Owned/operated by husband and wife, we immediately reduce the "Creepy Captain and Crew" factor making for a relaxed and comfortable experience for all guests. Our vessel looks like new due to rigorous daily maintenance. You'll feel a sense of pride sailing aboard our vessel as we depart Salty Sam's Marina heading for the Gulf of Mexico. We will pass the shrimp boat fleet and beautiful homes on the way to the Gulf. Once out of the marked channel, we raise our sails and shut the motor off. Wildlife such as dolphins, sea turtles, and various birds can appear at anytime. If the wind allows, we will sail towards the Sanibel lighthouse or along the shores of Fort Myers Beach. Book 6 seats for a private tour. Welcome aboard!

We had a wonderful afternoon on the Orion's Child with Capt Dan and Capt Diane. The weather was perfect. The boat is beautiful. Dan and Diane are exceptional hosts. We really enjoyed our sailing experience and will do it again when we are back in town. Highly recommend!!

From booking to returning to dock: a first class experience Dan and Diane are a great couple and excellent hosts. Boat was pristine and hospitality abounded. At first I was disappointed that they don’t serve drinks or snacks, but it was better that we could bring what we wanted and liked. Not some cheap rum punch. Little wind so not much sailing, but great sunset.

We have been on several trips with Captain Dan and Dianne and it is always a 5. The bonus today was a beautiful day and experience with us and two of our young grandkids. I highly recommend
