Upon arrival I asked to use the restroom and was so my fiancé could use it and he told it would be better to find a bush because the restroom was severely neglected and without running water, and then he proceeded to laugh. I asked where the facility was so I could see it for myself. It was a trailer type of set up. It had human feces stacked in the toilets and smelled awe full. Completely unsanitary. I returned to the meeting point and explained to the gentleman that my fiancé was not going to find a bush there on the ranch in order to release herself. How that was not the impression I had envisioned of a 5 star experience. He laughed again and with a smirk on his face sat down and did nothing. I then told him that was not going to work and needed a refund and to cancel. He proceeded to get the manager. The manager walked in. After explaining to him the situation he then told me that I would be fully refunded and how that process would cancel the experience. I said ok and then explained to him how that their advertisement should say in bold letters, “NO WORKING RESTROOMS”. He asked me my name and then informed me that they had my information and that it I would be fully refunded. I just checked my account. The charge posted and has still not been refunded so I am sending this e mail asking once again for you to fully refund my account as I do not believe the experience is 5 star rated. Based upon what happened to me, it is the most unsanitary, inconsiderate and unprofessional experience I have had for as long as I can remember.

Great ride with some wonderful views, and even though another customer on our tour could have filled a whole roll of film with the amount of pictures we stopped for her to take, it was overall an amazing experience!! Would definitely repeat this trip.

My favorite part was going down the mountain at the end. I also liked looking at the different points of elevation.
