We booked the scooter tour at 13:00, and walked from downtown in an hour to the location. We arrived more than 45minutes to early on the location, which was still closed. No one arrived, and we send an message via the viator site. We also called the operator direct, got a message that the voicemailbox was full. We waited until 13:25 and left very disappointed (we only had 1 free day available in our short business trip to the US). We asked for a refund, this will take too long according to the response mail...

We attempted to call you guys that morning but the we could not reach you guys. If you guys are ever in Dallas again we would love to make it up to y'all and we will discount your next booking.
