This was a Great Experience! The guide was full of info and great at instructions on how to kayak. This was an easy journey! We are really glad we did it!

Met by a welcoming group of laid back employees who set the tone for the trip. All needs were taken care of and instructions were clear. Met our guide by the picnic tables and he went over the plan for the guided tour of the cypress forest. Good conversation with interesting tidbits of local info. Absolutely beautiful area right in the middle of Kissimmee. Other than the airplane and helicopter sounds, wouldn't have seemed like the creek was smack in the middle of this tourist haven. Plenty of wildlife. Saw a couple different species of turtle and gar. Two little gators swam across the creek ahead of us. Guide pointed out a little snake on the shore and discussed how to tell the difference between poisonous and non-poisonous snakes. Lots of osprey flying around. Paddled up to a point where the creek narrowed and got very shallow. Walked through the sandy bottomed creek to learn about invasive plant species. Got a bit of a history lesson along with way as we learned about the cypress tree and its value to the area. Definately recommend this tour, it was one of the highlights of our vacation.

We enjoyed the experience paddling with Ray our guide and Ryan who helped! The water level was low so some parts required assistance to move through the creek which is not a reflection on the team. We were disappointed that there were 10 people in the tour. This made it difficult to hear our guide and it was hard to judge how fast to go causing “traffic jams”. Unfortunately, how to hold the paddle the correct way was not discussed until asked and best posture for using your core was not mentioned until the end of the tour. We took the 10:00 am tour and overall the team was very nice.
