Visite guidée en Segway de 2 heures à Coeur d'Alene

Aperçu
We keep our tours small and limit them to a max of just 8 guests. Our professional guides know the area well and enjoy sharing their historical knowledge of Couer d'Alene and various landmarks. We utilize wireless headsets so you can listen in comfort without having the guide yelling info back at you. Our guides will take photos and videos during your tour and they will be made available to you free of charge for downloading. Each guest is provided with a complimentary bottle of water and rain poncho if needed. Your safety is of paramount importance to us and we provide a hands on safety course. Segways are self balancing and easy to ride. We will not depart until you are completely comfortable and confident with the operation of the Segway.

As we enter the Coeur d'Alene resort we will be on the Centennial Trail which runs from Coeur d'Alene all the way to Spokane Washington. We will make a brief stop at the Resort which has the world's longest floating boardwalks, over a mile long. From there we will head to City Park.

Tubbs Hill Nature Trails
Tubbs Hill is located near the Coeur d'Alene resort and has over 2 miles of hiking trails with picturesque views of the lake. Its also the starting point for the hiking trail of Mudgy & Millie based on the children's story book by Susan Nip.

North Idaho Centennial Trail
As we enter the Coeur d'Alene resort we will be on the Centennial Trail which runs from Coeur d'Alene all the way to Spokane Washington. We will make a brief stop at the Resort which has the world's longest floating boardwalks, over a mile long. From there we will head to City Park.

Coeur d'Alene City Park and Independence Point
As we ride through City Park we will be following the Coeur d'Alene shoreline with its gorgeous views and plentiful beaches, making a brief stop at Independence Point.

Fort Sherman
Fort Sherman was established in 1878 but was abandoned by the military by 1905. The area is now the home to the North Idaho College, but we will visit the Officers Quarters, Magazine Room and Chapel, the oldest building in Coeur d'Alene dating back to 1880. As we leave this area we will be riding through a well preserved neighborhood that is now listed in the National Historical Registry.

Coeur d'Alene Carousel
This beautifully restored 1924 Spillman Carousel was once part of Playland Pier, which operated from 1942-1974. The handcrafted piece of art is fully functional and available for rides. We will make a brief stop here.

McEuen Park
After departing we will ride to McEuen Park, via Lakeshore drive with it beautiful historic homes and private beaches. At the park we will visit the Armed Services Memorial, Law Enforcement Memorial the Coeur d'Alene History Mural.

What a great experience! Linda and Rene were out guides. (hope I remembered that correctly) Linda was an exceptional lead guide. We especially appreciated this tour utilizes ear mics so we can hear the guide all along the way. In addition, this tour provided an assist (Rene) to click photos throughout the tour to capture all the fun allowing us to enjoy learning all about this wonderful city! This was our first visit to Couer d'Alene and did this tour our first day to get an overview of the city. We are so glad we did! The added bonus is the discount on future Ebike rentals which we definitely plan to use to explore the area! Thank you Tour CDA!

Thank you for your review! Linda and Renee are fantastic guides and they do a wonderful job of taking care of our guests. I’m glad you mentions the narration system that we use. We don’t use the stop and shout method in our tours. Our quests can focus on the ride while listening to the narration from the guides on our headsets. We offer the Ebike discount to all of our prior Segway tour guests. Let us know when we can set you up for a ride.

The folks at 2-Hours Guided Segway Tour in Coeur d'Alene were friendly and professional. The Segway riding instructions that we received prior to our tour helped us to feel safe and confident while on the ride. Our guides were very knowledgeable about Coeur d'Alene history and shared plenty of history and trivia to keep us interested and engaged. A fantastic experience that we hope to repeat on our next visit. A five star operation all the way!

Fantastic tour and we are local! We have lived here 2 years and wanted to go on this tour and we are so glad we did! The Segway’s are a blast and we learned several facts about the city we love, things we didn’t know. It is such an enjoyable way to see all sorts of sights - better than walking and biking!😊👍 We plan to go again, when we have visitors in town. Kathy was fantastic!!
