Enjoyed taking off from the south end of Lake Washington. Easy parking (free) and right next to the Boeing plant. Our pilot was so much fun and a wonderful tour guide. I hightly recommend this company over any others.

A must do experience for kids. The pilot was super friendly to them and they had a blast! A nice short tour over multiple Seattle highlights

I emailed this company a month prior to arriving in Seattle. The reviews seemed good and the responses to my inquires met my expectations. So I booked 3 passengers for a Friday afternoon (a cost of over $300). Before our flight we received an email confirmation and a notification to arrive 10 minutes before our scheduled time. We arrived at 10:45am for our 11am flight. As we were pulling into the parking lot I got a call from an employee stating that they are a little behind and have to get fuel before taking us up. He stated it shouldn't be more than 15 minutes. We walked up to the dock and there are no signs no directions no desk. I asked someone who rents boats but they said the company was somewhere down the dock but didn't know where. All the gates were locked so we just stood in the 86 degree heat waiting and confused. It was about 30 minutes later NO ONE was there. I kept checking my phone & email wondering where they are when I got an email from the manager stating they are running late and it would be an hour before they would be there. He stated he didn't have my phone number which is FALSE as the other employee called at 10:45am. So I called and spoke to the manager he was rude and unapologetic. I stated were have already been waiting and this delay was very upsetting as we had other activities planned that day. He was defensive and rude ....when none of this was our error!! He claimed they had a large party in the morning and that threw them off schedule. He never called before to ask to change our time in advance. They just left us hanging. An hour later, we went back to the gate and a lady was waiting there... she too was upset with the way she was treated. We exchanged stories. If I hadn't already laid out over $300 I would have left. Finally they showed up. No apologies just attitude. I question wether I should even fly with them for safety reasons. I wondered if they would give us extra time for the inconvenience but NOPE. It was up and then back down. Nothing extra. No apologetic email afterwards. No partial refund. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are not organized and completely an unpleasant team to work with. I would recommend using Kenmore Air they are much more professional.
