The first issues was our tour was canceled due to mechanical problems and we were transferred to another tour. The van was very cramped with limited seating. As we were about to leave, 2 guests rushed to get on and they were very large. I paid for 1 seat and that's what I expected. The person next to me should've paid for 2 seats. The lady was sitting on my thigh and her seat. This was a very uncomfortable experience. I wasn't able to enjoy the Martha's Vinyard tour! We all were uncomfortable and miserable. The tour guide didn't even attempt to help or try calling to see if another van was available with open seats. He didn't care because if didn't effect him. It's bad enough that we are still in a pandemic and Covid is relevant. I was wearing a mask but didn't appreciate some stranger basically sitting on my lap. Next time I go, I will rent a car and do my own tour! I do not recommend this company for the 3 hour Martha's Vinyard tour or the tour guide Troy! This experience could have been handled better by the management team. He at least should've offered a full refund for the inconvenience.

This was my first time on the island and I was very happy I booked this tour. Our tour guy, Jim, was very knowledgeable and funny. We tour all the main spots on the island. We even had time to stop and try some good chowder and lobster roll. Overall I enjoyed it very much.
