First of all I make it a point to typically only write reviews on places that I love. I hate negativity however this horrible experience needs to be shared. When booking this tour it said children under 10 were not allowed. We have a 10 year old daughter that I in fact called to check before booking to confirm that she could come. When we arrived the owner of this company called to speak with my husband accusing us that our daughter was not 10. Even went so far as to YELL in the phone, “if you are lying I hope karma gets you”. We were in fact not lying about our daughters age, she is petite. I showed the driver her school info with her birthdate to just confirm that we are not “liars”. This experience totally ruined our tour. I mean who wants to go on a tour where u have spent money to come on and be called liars by the people who own this company. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I have never been treated this way by any professional. I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone. The driver stated to my husband that we took it out on him, however all we did was sit quietly and observe the tour. I’m not sure how we are at fault? Save yourself and book with a different company.

We are sorry you had this experience. We have many situations where ppl try to sneak very young children on the tour.

Overall good. It was informative. Okay Great for new comers to the island to learn the lay of the land. It was a little fast but understandable given the time frame. My issue was with the driver who certainly knew the historical facts but was a little short and sometimes sharp, condescending and short in his responses…Not so much what he said but how he said them…It matters…To top it off, at the end of the tour, my husband asked if the guide had a Cash app for his tip. Richard, our guide, frowned and quite nastily, said “No…you knew where you were going!” when my husband started to respond, Richard turned his back and walked away… It was rude and really tainted the experience. I called the owner who was not so receptive to the criticism. Her response was to cut me off because “you could go on and on.” Then she made me aware that Richard always gets “excellent reviews.” To that I just bid her a good day and ended the call. It should not matter the past reviews as my experience was not “excellent.” At least acknowledge that. Also, I suggest that if the guide is in a bad mood one day (he commented on his knee arthritis once) please stay home.

Our tour guide, Bruce, was the best. Not cheesy, very personable, so knowledgeable, went at our pace and answered our questions. May tour guides are so egotistical and look at your questions as interruptions to their schpeel. What he had to say didn’t come off as schpeel and he welcomed questions. As far as the route, it was great and comprehensive. The van was clean and comfortable.
