The driver was late. I had a group of 4 booked. I got on the can and sat down. I man jumped in front of my friend and sat next to me. I told him my friend was going to sit next to me . He said no she’s not. I’m not moving. I was shocked!! I hit off the can and told the director . I could nit subject my two grandkids and friend to that hostile environment!! I asked for a refund and she said I needed to talk to this entity that I booked our tour through. I have never left a bad review for anything and I was looking for a phone number to talk to someone about this experience but I have not located any other way to reach the contact needed. I asked if we could change our reservation and the gal said it would cost more money. We did not go on the tour!

Hi Colleen, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry to hear about the situation you encountered during your tour. It’s completely understandable to feel upset when plans don’t go as expected, especially in front of your grandkids and friend. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and it’s disappointing that you faced a hostile environment. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We strive to ensure that all our guests have a positive experience, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. Our policy states that if a tour is missed or not taken, we typically propose rebooking for an additional price. What I appreciated most was the feeling that this tour was designed with the traveler in mind. Every detail was carefully considered, from the timing of visits to avoid crowds to the insider tips on where to capture the best photos. The guides were more than just knowledgeable—they were passionate storytellers who truly brought the history and culture of each place to life.
