Perched 94 stories above the Windy City, the 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers, including Willis (Sears) Tower. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip!

Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

It's worth it for the few seconds of oh wow when you're brain processes the height you are from the moving cars beneath & other skyscrapers .....not cheap but $30 isn't too bad when a kit kat is $3

Views were as expected. It was lunch time on a Sunday in September so, no lines and plenty of space to see all the views. Did not try the tilt. Unimpressed with the souvenir cup which is a plastic beaker. In the photo advertising the different ticket prices when a drink from the Cloud Bar is included it shows a nice glass. That’s what we thought we were getting to commemorate our trip. The bar staff are obviously used to this as they have the patter down- “ sorry, we get that a lot. The plastic one is easier for travel” not their fault the company uses false advertising. $147 for 3 people for an overpriced elevator ride with a commemorative plastic cup! Would have tried the Skydeck had we known, but both are expensive so couldn’t do both.

Thank you for your feedback. We absolutely want our guests to get the most value for their money. We’re committed to remaining the cheapest observation deck in Chicago and less than comparable attractions (Willis, Top of the Rock, CN Tower, Empire State, etc.). Hope you can come back soon.

Excellent view well worth the trip and nice bar to relax in at the top. I don't recommend spending the extra for 'tilt'. You have to queue. It tilts slightly. You can see into a backstreet below and they offer you an expensive photo.
