Great bike path. Bikes were fine. They confirmed Reservations and were ready and fully charged. Recommend !

Absolutely loved the ebikes ride along the 17 mile drive. Excellent! The only slight negative was the lack of service in the shop. The 4 of us (all seniors) are not particularly tech savvy and it took us close to 15 minutes to fill out the necessary paperwork online (not easy for any of us) and figure out which bike helmet to use. The instructions from the shop person was “ they’re over there, just pick one out that fits.” He could have more easily just handed us helmets he knew we needed (size-wise), rather than realizing we just wanted to “get this show on the road,” and not the additional frustration trying on various helmets. Then the second helper we were passed off to spoke so fast that we were left scratching our heads as to how to get started. We could also have used water bottle holders on the bikes instead of the little Fanny pack-sized thing that was the only way to hold our extra items (sweaters, wallets, sunscreen, etc.). We would definitely do this again, but we all decided next time we would probably try the competition down the street instead. EXCEPT, the young girl in the the shop was SO SWEET and helpful… but it was time for her lunch break, and we got passed on to the guys. Still totally fun and we recommend doing it… just a couple of tweeks.

Staff was wonderful and the electric bikes were a fantastic way to explore the 17 mile scenic drive. We were able to stop when we wanted and explore - Adventures provided us with bike locks so we didn't have to worry about the bikes while we looked around. I was worried about my 70 year old sister we took with us, but the bikes were so easy she did great. Cars are very respectful to the bike riders. We had a fantastic time!
