Seeing the Manatees was so peaceful and something to remember! We did our own tour and had no problem finding them.

Checked in and paid and then told us to come back in an hour which we did. Then they told us we didn't pay. After getting that straight they told us to go down to boat launch and get kayak. No parking available so had to drive around for 10 minutes to find somewhere to park. Walked down to get kayak and told us they didn't have any to give us so we would have to wait. After waiting 20 minutes finally got in the water. They told us where to go but luckily we didnt listen and asked some people on the water if they had seen any manatees. They did and told us where to look. Overall very unorganized and poorly run. Would not recommend.

Absolutely not with our company. We do NOT tell people to leave and come back and then not have their kayaks ready for them. Sorry folks but you are not talking about my company and if for some unbelievable reason it was my company, someone would lose their job. Ryan and josh were super! The entire paddles team was kind and pleasant. We had a great time and what a beautiful place is Crystal Springs! The cost was better than most other nearby adventure outfitters and the kayaks were ‘like new’. Really top notch!
