Awesome staff, great scenery, wonderful views. Thanks for a really great time building some killer memories with our family! The 7 lines were designed in a way that was high enough to take advantage of the wonderful up-country views, yet still felt safe even for my wife who is petrified of heights. This is a must-do on Maui, so book early to be sure you don't miss it!

Great for first time zippers! I’m terribly afraid of heights and I made it through this course with my husband. They start you off on a couple of lower lines then work you up to the biggest one (the 6th line) and the scariest thing was the ladder getting up to the highest platform. It’s good to note that you are locked into a cable the whole time your navigating the course so you are 100% safe. The staff is really really awesome! They are super kind people that make you feel safe the whole time!

We cannot recommend North Shore Zipline to visitors to Maui! We paid well In advance & ended up with no zip line experience! The staff and management did not seem in the least sympathetic! Beware! If you have any travel issues and have any delay in arriving there is no traditional Hawaiian hospitality. Despite having taken your reservations & knowing full well that you were planning to take a scheduled experience there is absolutely no leeway in arrival time. The management compared the schedule if their strictly recreational experience to the schedule if a commercial airline! Seriously??? Everyone else and all other recreational experiences on Maui have been exceedingly accommodating, welcoming & understanding of the challenges of travel & family vacations. The staff at the actual zip line stated that their contact number employs staff “who don’t know anything” about the actual operation! Sounds accurate as we had called this contact number twice in the day of our reservations & we’re in no way informed that a family with paid tickets would be denied any zip line experience if they arrived even a few minutes late! And absolutely no refunds, and management makes no apology only accuses the customer of being rude! Our advice; find some more hospitable & responsible zip line experience, don’t go here!

Check-in time for our tour is half hour prior to the tour time. This allows a grace period for anyone running late. You not only missed your check-in time, but you missed your tour time as well. If you had called and told us that you were going to miss your tour time, we possibly could have filled your seats with an earlier arrival from the proceeding tour. We cannot expect guests who arrived promptly to wait for a party that we are not even sure if or when they will be arriving. If one tour starts out late, then all the tours behind it start out late, and that is not fair to our other guests. You were very rude on the phone, yelling as if it was our fault you missed your tour. We have a 24-hour cancelation policy, so you seats were non-refundable. As a courtesy, we were willing to let you reschedule, but you chose not to.
