Went zipping for the first time with my wife on our 15th wedding aniversary. Right from the start I knew we were in for something different as we pulled into the parking lot and saw the Yurt. It's like being at summer camp! Make sure you check out the WWII museum, it was an added bonus.
The staff is laid back and a lot of fun, but are serious when it comes to safety. Definitely a plus in my book! They were very thorough in explaining the gear, the rules, and what to expect. At no time did we feel uncomfortable about the risks we were about to take. The course was a blast and well maintained.
For us what made our experience great was Alex & Micah, our guides. They were so much fun! Both had alot to share during the tour about the history of the site, funny jokes, good info on Maui in general, etc... My wife is afraid of heights and she had no problems because they went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable. Would definitely go again, we had a fantastic time!
