TL;DR : Not the best views in Maui, but still a really good time. Go to the snorkel store/groupon for discounted rates. The guides are funny, but if you don't like to be messed with a little this place is not for you. They encourage you to spin/move around/trust fall off the platform/try to go upside down or enjoy the zipline any way you like. Good for families. Bring suncreen, good walking shoes, shorts (because its hot) and sun glasses but no hats. There is a photographer and you can buy your pics at the end if you like - so SMILE!
We were told if we liked the tour to come on TripAdvisor and review, and if we didn't, well, we really needed to stay off the internet. This sums up the entire tour - playful, silly and fun. Our guides were Micah and David and they helped make the tour memorable for us. It was my first time ziplining, but my partner had been before. Yes, there are longer and I'm sure more exhilarating ziplines elsewhere, but the people really do make the difference.
David and Micah made jokes with us, offered tips and tricks to help some of us overcome heights and rickety bridges, gave us a little WWII History, and told us what was the best way to zipline upside down without hurting ourselves. At the end of the tour they hose you down with a sprinkler and if you're not a jerk will even offer suggestions for lunch and other fun things to do. We had a few days left in Maui and were able to make it to a few of the places they recommended and they were A+.
