Exhilarating experience. First Big Zip. Incredibly organized and safety first. Knowledgeable and helpful guides. Kudos to Kyle for calming my nerves and reassuring me I could DO it. Not for the faint of heart or for those with fear of jumping off a 50 foot high platform.

Save your money or spend more. Over worked poorly trained staff. Nothing to look at on the rainy side. History lesson and museum nice.

I am so sorry that you feel this way. I have to wonder why though. Out of thousands of reviews, you are the first person who has ever said anything negative about our guides. Our guides are amazing and are highly trained. They are what makes our tour.
