Guides were great! The only downside was that we couldn’t bring our cellphone to take photos. I have been on several ziplines and this is the first time that occurred. We had plenty of wait time on the platforms to take photos. Seems like it is done just to give the photographer a moneymaking job.

Kai and the two young ladies were fun and knowledgeable about their surroundings. They assured the group was enjoying themselves. It was a must do on the North Shore aside from the bonus views! ♥️

We had an amazing time, we were a 3 generation family of 11 youngest were 5 years old. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly and kept safety in the forefront especially patient with a nervous 5 yr old. Super fun time
