The tour guide, was very nice, funny and informative - can't fault him on that. However, he was not paying attention to his driving and had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting another vehicle. I was unhurt but a few of the passengers were slightly injured. The driver did not stop to report this to his company.

My friend and I visited Boston and decided to do a Trolley Tour. We absolutely struck gold with our driver Hugo Maienza! I have been on city tours in other countries but I have never had a driver like Hugo, he was AMAZING! Not only was he extremely knowledge about Boston and the history but he was so funny and made the tour more like a show! He took time to learn passengers names and home towns and made the tour feel so personal. If you ever go to Boston and want to do a trolley then you MUST get on Hugo's Trolley! My friend and I hopped off at one of the sights but made sure we waited an hour on the return just to make sure we got Hugo again. As Hugo would say.....Hazzarrrr!
