À quoi s'attendre
1
St. Paul's Chapel
We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York City’s oldest public building still in continuous use. Just one block away from the 9/11 attacks, it miraculously survived the falling building and debris. St. Paul’s Chapel served as a makeshift rescue center during the aftermath. Its iron fence became a bulletin board where family members posted notices of their missing loved ones. Today, with the mementos received from people around the world supporting New York City, the church serves as both a landmark and a tribute.

Chapelle Saint-Paul

My family and I had a great time at the 9/11 Memorial. We opted for the 1.5 hour walking tour of the memorial and ground zero with tickets to view the Observation Deck at the One World Observatory. Arun, our personal guide was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the events surrounding 911 and NYC as well. He was thoughtful of the group and the cold weather (made sure to have us in sun when possible) and gave an emotional and moving depiction of this extremely sad day and the days after. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone going to NYC and try have Arun as your guide!

Rob did an excellent job providing informative information about the events that occurred on 911 and history of the surrounding area. Rob was pleasant and asked where we were all from making us feel welcomed.

Rob was excellent. Great tour. Very knowledgeable. Very poignant comments. His relay of personal experience that day with NYFD members was moving. I recommend.
