As we have a teenage son who has autism, doing these sorts of tours can be challenging. I had mentioned this when checking in our family of 5 and we were welcomed warmly. Our tour guide, Vicki, was amazing and she was so understanding and accommodating. She is a retired school teacher and it shows - her patience, kindness, presentation skills, and personality were all stellar!!! In addition, she was full of so much knowledge of baseball! By far, this was the BEST sports venue tour we’ve ever taken. We’re not Royals or not even really baseball fans, but loved the experience and learning about M/M Kauffman and the rest of KC Royals history. Highly recommend!!! And if you care lucky enough to have Vicki as your guide, you’re in great hands. ❤️
