We have been to Ground Zero before and just walked around. Having our guide, we saw things that we missed the first time. Our guide was very informative, answered everyone’s questions and let us take our time to absorb what we were hearing and seeing. It is so much clearer now, how much pride and thought went into redeveloping this area. Some of the local businesses as well, have their own memorials for those employees lost during the tragic day, which we would not have known, had we not chosen this tour.

Absolutely not to be missed. Place that leaves truly impressed in the memory of the tragedy. Impressive are the basins carved into the foundations of the twin towers. To visit the museum where the sad events are retraced. Do not miss the string of rescues implemented by all boats to evacuate lower Manhattan (500,000 people in 9 hours).
