Tyrell was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us areas and shared stories that we would never have learned on our own. Including the most memorable of the image that is now reflected out of the glass in the Freedom Tower without any planning. Quite moving. Go on the tour to find out what it is.

Tyrell is a master narrator for this tour. He was able to weave a story that connected all the pieces of the tour together. We were great full that he was our guide while touring this hallowed ground.

Hi Suzanne, We apologize that you missed your tour. The company messages you a courtesy reminder that your tour will be starting in an hour. Then a notice informing you your tour was going to start in 15 minutes. The final notice was sent to you 5 minutes before the tour commenced. A total of 3 notices were sent to you and a voice message left on your phone, which you never replied. Our tour supervisors are stationed at the meeting location 1 hour before the start of every tour. That tour supervisor delayed the start of your tour for 5 minutes. The other guests were getting irate and the tour guide had to start the experience. Furthermore, the supervisor waited for you for another 10 minutes and you never showed up or call our company. There weren’t much more our company could have done to accommodate your needs. We sincerely hope your visit to New York was enjoyable aside from the situation you had with us. Best Regards, Brooke Director of Operations
