Le Musée des illusions est une destination impressionnante où les illusions peuvent être optiques, photographiques ou interactives :

Optique : des images déroutantes qui vous jouent des tours, déroutant vos yeux et votre cerveau. Ces illusions visuelles ne sont qu'un rappel que nos sens sont imparfaits et que notre perception du monde est souvent déformée.

Photographique : illusions qui peuvent confondre votre esprit et créer une fausse perception et ne peuvent être vues qu'à travers des photos ou des images qui le visiteur peut prendre avec son appareil photo.

Interactif : des illusions qui peuvent avoir la taille d'une "pièce" et peuvent vous époustoufler. Les visiteurs peuvent entrer, faire partie et interagir avec les expositions.

The museum overall is great! The photo options are really cool. My 3 star rating is for two opportunities for growth, the first is the wait for entry. We waited in line outside for about 20 minutes before entry with tickets purchase for a certain time slot. It wasn't explained if this was due to capacity monitoring, which I doubt as it was mid week and again purchased with a time slot. There should also be a different entry process for pre purchase tickets and purchase on site tickets. The other area for improvement is staffing. We experienced one staff member who was amazing ( I wish I noted her name but she had a cute blonde short haircut) we met her at the first photo opp and she floated through the museum as she helped us with taking photos throughout. We also encountered two staff members by the tilt room who were worthless. They were engaged in conversation with each other the first time we interrupted them to help us figure out the lifeguard station. The man with his nails painted was obviously annoyed that we needed help. The second encounter with him in the tilt room was what struck a nerve. He was very abrupt and unclear of how the picture should be taken and stormed out of the room. We were so confused and surprised by his response that we just moved along. It was obvious he didn't want to be bothered/ interrupted from his conversation and was only being paid to stand on the wall and talk to the other staff member. So it would be wise to reiterate job descriptions to the staff with a touch of customer service education as we were told upon entry that the staff members are around to take pictures and answer questions.

The exhibits were great fun. They also had a staff member wondering around helping patrons with understanding & taking pictures which I really appreciated. I would recommend this Museum to anyone.
