We stopped once for a great view and pictures, other that that it was just ok, the guides were great, we did not see any wild life except for an eagle from a far

The shuttle driver and guides were great, the tour itself was anticlimactic and overpriced. The tour takes you up a dirt forest service road to a view and then to a tiny rain fed waterfall. I wish we had heeded other reviews and chosen something else.

We were here on an excursion from a cruise. I have to say - it was disappointing because of the disorganization from the start. The people who were in charge were very lackadaisical when we arrived - not at all a welcoming feeling. It took a very long time for them to organize getting the waivers signed with only a couple of i-pads being handed around and them pointing to a QR code and asking us to use that method instead. One of the carts needed to be replaced because it wouldn't start (could they not have checked all that ahead of time?). The carts were not in great condition with tears in the seats, etc. When we finally got moving, it was fun to ride but really noisy!! You don't have to worry about coming upon wildlife! On the whole - this seemed like a waste of our time and money.
