All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
Check is 15 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)

We live nearby and it was a very fun activity for our family with two teenagers--14 and 16. We'd do it again! The staff are friendly and fun. It would be great to offer some kind of membership for locals to be able to use the climbing wall and adventure tower on a more regular basis--maybe in less popular times for tourists.
