Oct 2024
On Oct. 3, 2024, we booked a 2 hr..Honolulu City tour. Our confirmation #: 1562564125. We were picked up by a guy on Mercedez Benz from Marriott. We thought it was with other people but it was just me and my hubby. The guy took us around and even stopped by his house and talked with his friends by the beach. WHY? He stalled us by the pier. In the flyer, a bottle of water was included but we did not get any. He told us the history of the island, which we already know. (We did our homework). His version was very prejudicial of the whites and Americans. He was arrogant. We paid $144 each. It wasn't worth the tour. Pls, screen your employees or those who represent your company. It was terrible.
