My daughter and I booked this snorkel tour and really enjoyed ourselves. I wish I could remember the names of the people that were working on the boat but they are all fantastic. They all seem super chill and down to earth and their energy just makes the trip very pleasurable. They gave us a great lunch and drinks on the way back and the snorkel site was awesome. We did the afternoon trip out of kaanapali and I would book with them again. I think the other thing that made it so nice was all the other people that booked this trip were very great and really friendly so I just thought it was a super tour.

Not a good experience for us as we were not able to catch the boat. No detail instruction about the onboarding was given (the operator said an instruction was sent out in email, but it was different from what i have received from the Tripadvisor) and it took almost 20 minutes to find a parking spot in the parking structure. Finally parked and sprinted, but the boat already left the harbor.

Love the experience, Sara even when in the water to watch us snorkeling. I have a 7 years old that feel intimidated with deep water. But Sara made him very comfy and he swam the whole time. The 2 gentlemen crews are awesome!!!
