The trip was very lackluster, and when someone got stuck in the water that was running off the mountain at least it added a little excitement to the day. The lunch wasn’t anything special. We were served very small portions and when the salmon finally came it was the size of a quarter. Desert was the size of our small finger and they ran out of whip cream. Also, our water was rationed and we only received 6 ounces. When our guide was speaking you couldn’t hear him because he needed a microphone. Basically the ride was the only thing that was fun everything else was disappointing.

Hello, thank you so much for your time and also your review. This season trying to gear back up has been especially challenging and I honestly am thankful for your review. In the past we had a lot of food waste and as costs have gone up I have been trying hard to cut back on overserving and I think this review was a good wake up call for me to make sure we are not being stingy. Thank you for your review as I have had a chancd to make sure yes we are serving alot less food at the start (I have always wanted to wow people with an excessive amount of food) we also want to not be wasteful but make sure guest feel very comofratable to ask for more. This is a tough balance because a lot of people do not feel comforatable asking for more food so we are trying to pay very close attenion to if something is totally gone. Anyway I am rambling here but I wanted you to know that your review did not go unheard. I wish you all the best on your travels and adventures. We do not have micrphones on our ATV tours so I am not sure who your guide was but we did have a guide meeting about making sure we talk and have fun. Our staff is very young, very enthusiastic, wonderful young kids. Thank you for choosing us and giving us a chance to improve.

We booked this "adventure" after finding it online. Their website describes this excursion as riding 4x4 side by sides 5-25 mph. They then take you to a "restaurant " for a meal, and ride back on the 4x4s. The cost of $140 per person seemed high but we decided to go for it! We started getting concerned after we left about an hour late but we figured we are in Alaska and what's the rush. They had us sign long releases which made me think we were going to have a good time! 10-15 minutes after starting out we stopped at a dry creek bed. The lead guide was asked by my friend if we were ever going to go faster than what seemed like 2 mph and was told no. What? Come on! We signed up for a fun experience! We arrived at the restaurant and I went around back to us the rest rooms/outhouses....there was hand sanitzer at least. A sink to wash up would have been nice. By the time I finished up in the outhouses, (about 2 minutes) and made my way to the dinner table most of the bowls were empty! They serve family style and the bowls did not hold enough food for the number of guests at the table. I was told by a staff member that there had been enough for all! What the heck! I felt like I had to beg for my meal. This joke of a tour should not be taken! Save your money! I messaged the place via their Facebook page and did message with a person named Marilyn but she wanted us to return to the"resort" to meet with all the staff....we had already wasted half a day and too much money on these folks, no thanks!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

It' a good experience. Especially, lunch was wonderful to me. It was served with pork ribs, chicken, salad, wine and cake desert.
